How Does The Payment Plan Work?
Payments can be made monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly. Payment arrangements are made at the time of registration.

Tuition is a flat fee that covers instructional costs, course delivery, and program administration for your selected training program.

Please note the following:

  • Tuition is non-refundable once the program has started.

  • Additional non-refundable costs may apply and are not included in tuition, such as:

    • Background screening fees

    • Enrollment or seat deposits (if applicable)

      The following items are billed separately and are not included in the flat tuition rate:

      • Textbooks and learning materials

      • Required uniforms/scrubs

      • National or state testing vouchers and exam fees

      These fees may be invoiced separately or paid directly to the certifying agency, depending on the program.

Students will be eligible to take their national exam through the selected certifying agency, either proctored online or administered onsite at an approved testing center.

Yes. You’ll earn a Medical Careers Readiness of NC Certificate of Completion, showing you successfully finished your training. Most programs also qualify you to take a national certification exam like NHA or AMCA, which employers across the U.S. recognize.
 
These are private career training programs, not state-licensed degrees or diplomas.

Prospective students must: 18 years of age orolder,must have a high schooldiploma/equivalent education and pay at least the minimum non-refundable registration deposit or provide documentation showing Workforce or Social Services will be paying for the course. If under 18 or without a high school/ equivalent student must take the “Basic Skills Test” meeting proficiency in English and Math with parental approval. Clean background record and copy of immunization records.  Unexpired Government Issued Identification and Social Security Card.

We try not to have more than 10 students in a class so that the instructors are able to work with each student.

CPR classes range from 3-4 hours depending on the class.

We accept cash, check, credit, money orders or cash app and Paypal.

At the time of registering for the course.

We do accept students from Health Department, NC Works, and other government agencies.

No, we are not licensed with the Department of Education. We offer payment plans.

We do not give out W2 for training, we are not licensed with the Department of Education.
